Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky admits the company is "fundamentally broken."
He says they need to get back to basics, like providing affordable listings, great customer service, and reliability.
Chesky is also planning to use AI to verify listings, detect fake ones, and identify potential parties and rule violations.
He's hoping that by fixing the foundation, they can get back to creating new and exciting things for Airbnb users.
