Airbnb and NatWest to help Hosts improve energy efficiency

• Airbnb, NatWest and Energy Saving Trust are partnering to launch an industry-first, one-stop shop, platform that supports Hosts to improve the energy efficiency of their homes

• The new platform provides financing options from NatWest as well as a personalised home energy efficiency assessment and action plan

• Airbnb is adding a further £500,000 to its Sustainable Hosting Fund to provide more grants to Hosts looking to make energy efficiency improvements

8th Night FREE Loyalty Bonus

We have started offering an 8th night FREE kind of loyalty scheme a bit like all the coffee shops do. The aim with this is to get 6 night bookings to pay for an extra night and then get the 8th night free. This will particularly apply to our corporate town center properties.

To double down on this we will pay the refunded 8th night back into any account and so this works particularly well for individuals booking for business and then claiming it back on expenses, which is a lot of our corporate booking
